Your details

We collect what you send in the contact form (name, phone, email, address, message). We use it only to reply to your enquiry. We do not sell it or share it for marketing. Enquiries are sent to us by email and are not kept in a database on this site.

Website statistics

We count visits to this site, for statistics only, using our own counting tool. It sets no cookies and does not store your IP address. For each page view it records the page, the site you came from, any campaign label in the link you used, your country (approximate) and whether the visitor looks like a person or a robot. To count unique visitors it uses a temporary identifier, deleted within 48 hours. Page-view records are kept for 30 days, after which we keep only summarised counts, for up to 14 months. We do not share this data with anyone except our hosting provider, which stores it on our behalf. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. If you click 'Don't count my visits' in the footer, we remember your choice in this browser with one small local-storage flag called na_ignore; our counter stores nothing else in your browser. You can object at any time using the link in the footer, or contact us at hello@broadstairssolarbattery.co.uk. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our site.
